31 Clifton Beach Bungalow, is one of two houses situated directly on 3 ½ beach Clifton.

There is a rock formation on either side of the beach, thus making the beach somewhat semi private in front of the bungalow.

The house is recently renovated and has all luxury comforts such as a heated pool (with motoirsed cover), aircon throughout the house, on tap purified water, direct beach access, fully secure with state of the art security, cameras and electric fencing.

THE DECK:
