Nelson's Home is a beautifully appointed three-bedroomed apartment tucked into the hillside in the exclusive suburb of Bakoven. Situated on Victoria Road in Bakoven, the apartment is accessible via a funicular, whose base is a short flight of stairs from the street level. The funicular takes you up to the highest level of the apartment block, where the villa is situated with a private access to the entrance.

Spacious and bright open-plan living spaces flow throughout the villa, with a large lounge and dining area greeting you on arrival. The dining area has a dining table for six, and flows seamlessly into the lounge, which boasts comfortable kudu-leather couches, a beautiful Persian rug, and a flat screen TV with DSTV.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, and built-in oven, and a washing machine and tumble-dryer are housed in a small outdoor scullery next to the kitchen door.

The palatial master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a stylish open-plan bathroom, with an enclosed toilet, walk-in rain shower, twin basins, and a beautiful oval bathtub perfectly positioned to soak up the endless ocean views.

The master bedroom opens out onto a wide sheltered terrace with a gas BBQ, and outdoor lounge with seating for six, ideal for alfresco evenings under the stars.

The second bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed in cool, creamy hues and an en-suite bathroom that has a shower only, while the third bedroom enjoys a king-to-twin converted bed and an open plan bathroom with shower.

Nelson's Home is situated in a secure complex with an alarm system and offers private off-street parking in a double garage. Bakoven is an exclusive suburb at the end of Camps Bay, where there are an array of excellent restaurants, cafés, and bars. A short drive will take you to the beautiful blue flag beaches of Clifton, the V&A Waterfront, and the Table Mountain Cable Way.
