3 En-Suite bedrooms each feature King size extra comfort beds, rain showers and large free standing luxury baths with toilet (& some bidet facilities).

One Penthouse Room has sea views, one has Mountain and sea view and 3rd has mountain views.

All have private bathrooms.

All Rooms are fully air-conditioned as well as two additional aircon units are provided in the main living and entertainment area.

Elevator access to the private basement below with dual entrances into the Villa for those preferring direct road access.

Superior finishes and double glazed doors and windows ensure our residence is quiet, tranquil and cool all year around whilst vast sliding doors spanning the 15m length of the living rooms leading to a sheltered L-Shaped pool & BBQ deck, promise a panoramic and unmatched ocean and sunset views.

Two of Cape Towns best private beaches are a short 80m from your doorstep and locals and lovers can be seen congregating on the boulders below, awaiting the spectacular sunset.
