Oceana Villa, lies at the foot of the 12 Apostle Mountains, only 80m from the ocean shore and within 800m walking distance of Camps Bay’s famous strip of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Newly completed, fully equipped and decorated, the Decor is classic, elegant and luxurious and every comfort has been provided for.

All canvas art was painted by the owner herself and unique décor pieces and crystal chandeliers have been designed and crafted specifically for Oceana, with most pieces carefully selected from around the world.

3 En-Suite bedrooms each feature King size extra comfort beds, rain showers and large free standing luxury baths with toilet (& some bidet facilities).

Each bedroom leads onto the patio with spectacular sunset views

Fully air-conditioned bedrooms as well as two additional aircon units are provided in the main living and entertainment area.

Elevator access to the private basement below with dual entrances into the Villa for those preferring direct road access.

Superior finishes and double glazed doors and windows ensure our residence is quiet, tranquil and cool all year around whilst vast sliding doors spanning the 15m length of the living rooms leading to a sheltered L-Shaped pool & BBQ deck, promise a panoramic and unmatched ocean and sunset views.

Two of Cape Towns best private beaches are a short 80m from your doorstep and locals and lovers can be seen congregating on the boulders below, awaiting the spectacular sunset.

Oceana is serviced Monday-Friday by our friendly staff, a chef is available on request as well as an experienced i-concierge service to ensure you make the most of your stay in Cape Town.

There is no need for Car Hire at Oceana-Residence with the tourist bus route located on our doorstep. Both My City and City Sightseeing Bus routes are a short stroll away as well as a host of Taxi options.
